Elizabeth "Lib" Ryman
Elizabeth "Lib" Ryman is a native of New Jersey and has lived there most of her life.
Ryman works in oil, watercolor and pen and ink. Her style is realistic and her subject matter is varied. She sees beauty everywhere and tries to capture this for others to enjoy.
Ryman's work has been widely exhibited in solo and juried shows and has frequently won awards. Her art is represented in both private and corporate collections throughout the U.S.A. Corporate collections containing her works include the Board of Realtors, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; the Crum and Foster Corporation, New Jersey; the Speech/Language/Learning Services, Charlottesville, Virginia and her work was chosen to hang in the permanent collection in the AAHSA Building in Washington, D.C.
Ryman is a Charter Member of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C. and is an active member of the Somerset Art Association, Bedminster, N.J. and the Raritan Valley Arts Association, Somerville, N.J.
